Brooke brings over a decade of experience in strategy development, efficient execution, and data-driven decision making. She has a strong track record of leadership and deep understanding of association management and success.  Her comprehensive knowledge spans strategic planning, budgeting, growth, engagement, events, and leveraging technology for organizational advancement.   Having collaborated with numerous associations across diverse industries, sizes, and lifecycle stages, Brooke is adept at tailoring solutions to meet unique challenges.

Brooke holds a bachelor's degree in business management with a minor in finance from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, complemented by dual associate's degrees in accounting and business management from New Hampshire Technical Institute. A member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) since 2013, Brooke is deeply invested in professional development and industry best practices.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Brooke cherishes time spent with her nephew, beloved pets, and tending to her garden. Whether indulging in summer motorcycle rides or enjoying winter sports like snowboarding and ice skating, Brooke embraces a passion for outdoor activities year-round. An avid cook and enthusiastic traveler, she thrives on new experiences and connections. Additionally, Brooke manages a small excavation construction company, B&M Weldon, honoring the memory of her late father and brother.
